What if I didn't receive an order confirmation email?

Sometimes order confirmation emails are caught in spam filters. Check the spam folder of your inbox to identify if this has happened.

You can always check the status of your order and confirm that it was properly submitted by logging in to your account and searching for the most recent order placed under your Order History. If the order was submitted, you can click the order number for a status update. 

If you can't locate your order #, email Christy at resources@northpoint.org or call us at 1-866-866-5621 and we'll be happy to confirm that your order was successfully placed.
