What if my password reset email never arrived?

If you clicked the "Forgot Your Password?" link and did not receive an email within thirty minutes, call us at 1-866-866-5621 or send an email to Christy at resources@northpoint.org. We'll be happy to manually reset your account password for you. 

Because password reset emails are automatically generated, they frequently get caught in email spam filters. Sorry for the inconvenience!
