Can I return a downloadable product?

Once you have purchased a downloadable product, the electronic files have been permanently transferred to your account. So unfortunately we cannot accept returns on downloadable products. 

If you purchased a downloadable product by mistake or accidentally purchased an additional copy of a downloadable product you already owned, please reach out to us at resources@northpoint.org or by calling 1-866-866-5621. In some instances, we may be able to issue a store credit.
