I'm getting an error message during the payment step of checkout. What do I do?

If you are unable to proceed through the checkout process, the likely issue is listed below and we've included possible solutions. However, if you're still unable to complete your order, please give us a call at 866-866-5621 and we'll be happy to assist you over the phone.

1. Credit card expiration date is SIX DIGITS - MM/YYYY.

2. CVV code is a 4-digit code on the front of AmEx cards and a 3-digit code on the back of all others. We do  not accept Discover.

3. If your purchase total is $0.00 because you're claiming a free downloadable item, you must pull down the payment options menu during step 3 of checkout and select the "No Payment Information Required" option.
