What do I do if my tracking number isn't working?

Tracking numbers are generated when your package is prepared for shipment by our volunteers. But it can take up to 24 hours for the package to be picked up and scanned by USPS or FedEx. So tracking numbers may not be activated for up to 24 hours from the time you receive a shipping confirmation email. 

If you're still having trouble tracking your package, you can email us your name and order number and we'll be happy to assist you further.
