What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged product?

Damaged or Incorrect Products

We work hard to make sure the products you order arrive on your doorstep in perfect condition. If this didn’t happen, we’re so sorry. Please email us at resources@northpoint.org so we can fix it. We’ll ship you a replacement right away. And if necessary, we’ll cover the cost and provide a shipping label for the return of the incorrect item(s).
