Where can I find the details of a past order?

First, sign in to your account using the "Sign In" link at the top of any page. If you are not automatically directed to your account dashboard, you can navigate there by clicking the "Account" link at the top of any page and selecting "My Account."

Your five most recent orders will be displayed directly in your account dashboard. For a complete list of all past orders, click the "My Orders" link on the left side of the page. 

If you cannot find the order you are looking for, email us at resources@northpoint.org. The order may have been placed under a different account. Or if it was placed recently and is not appearing in your list of orders, it may not have been successfully process
