Why is my discount code not working?

A discount code may not successfully apply to your order for any of these reasons. Please keep in mind that only ONE discount code can be used per order. 

  • The expiration date may have passed
  • You may have exceeded the number of times the code can be used by a single customer
  • You may not have a qualifying selection of products in your shopping cart
  • The code may have accidentally been entered incorrectly—double check your spelling

If you have trouble with a discount code you believe should apply to your order, email us at resources@northpoint.org. We'll be happy to troubleshoot or to set up a new code for you.
