Where are the downloadable products I purchased in the past?

If you purchased downloadable products from us before June 6, 2018, you still own those downloadable files, but unfortunately, they are no longer easily accessible from your account. (We made some changes to our online store and are so sorry for this inconvenience.)

If you need access to a downloadable product you purchased in the past, please email us at resources@northpoint.org. We are happy to resend a download link for any past purchase. 

If you purchased a downloadable product after June 6, 2018, you should have received an email (usually within 30 minutes of placing your order) alerting you that your downloads were ready. Click the link(s) in that email to begin downloading your file(s). If you cannot locate this email, reach out to us at resources@northpoint.org and we will resend it.
